Rock around the dock (pre-raceday edition)

The very moment this blog post is scheduled to post on Saturday morning (11.00 am) I shall be disembarking the train at Newton-Le-Willows and setting off on the 2.8 mile walk to the track. Despite the drizzle and the wear and tear on the soles of my shoes it will be a pleasure to see once again Hedgehunter being paraded to the adoring public in conjunction with a new sponsors bar being opened at Haydock.

Just a couple of winners here on the blog on Friday afternoon with Sprinter Sacre (B J Geraghty, 2-5 fav) & Montbazon (R Thornton, 9-4 2nd-fav). I was also really pleased with the each way second to Long Run by Burton Port (B J Geraghty, 15-2 ).

Newbury is a Love Town

If you followed me yesterday you would have landed the Musselburgh placepot and quadpot it appears (£192.50 & £21.10) as I ended up with seven placers and so many nearly results:
